How the screen works

Two-step assessment. Step 1: Waist-to-Height Ratio — 0.5499 or lower passes with no tape test required. 0.5500 or higher proceeds to Step 2: a body-fat estimate from the circumference method (neck + waist; hips for women) or official PRIMS tables.
