These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VivMetric website ("Site"), including all calculators, tools, reference tables, articles, and other content made available on vivmetric.com. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.

1. Service Description

VivMetric is an independent, third-party educational platform that provides formula-based calculators, reference tables, and explanatory articles related to health metrics, body composition, metabolism, hydration, sleep, and fitness. The Site provides mathematical computations and public reference data only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services of any kind.

The service includes but is not limited to: BMI calculators, BMR/TDEE calculators, body fat calculators, calorie burn calculators, water intake calculators, sleep cycle calculators, body age calculators, waist-hip ratio calculators, and other formula-based tools. All calculations run entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. No user account, registration, login, or sign-up is required to use any tool on the Site.

Public reference data reproduced from third-party public sources (CDC, WHO, NIH, USDA, NSF, IOM, EFSA, Compendium of Physical Activities) is attributed to its originating agency. Such data is public domain or freely licensed by the originating authority; VivMetric's reproduction and attribution of this data does not transfer any additional rights or restrictions. Users may consult the original source documents directly via the URLs listed on the About Us page.

The VivMetric logo, brand marks, and site design elements (including the color scheme, layout structure, and calculator UI components) are the exclusive property of VivMetric and may not be used without written consent.

5. Disclaimers

All content and services provided by VivMetric are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VivMetric makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
